{swank}review & giveaway: PottyCover

CONTEST CLOSED!  Winner will be announced shortly.

Most of you who have been following me over the past few months are probably familiar with my potty training dilemma.  I even went as far as doing a guest post on our progress on Baby Center.  What I didn't think about was the day when Lil J would be using public toilets.  I don't even like using public toilets.  All I can think of is all the germs, fluids and gross stuff that touch those toilets each and every day, and the fact that Lil J is exposed to all of it.  He doesn't care if his legs or bum touches the toilet but Mommy sure does!

Thank goodness I came across PottyCover.  The concept calmed my fears down - fears of Lil J's legs touching the front of the toilet or his little hands holding the sides for support.  I can confidently say that PottyCover will have you covered - no pun intended!

The PottyCover is a disposable toilet seat cover that truly covers every inch of the toilet that your child can think of touching, including the sides and front of the toilet.  The top of the PottyCover is made of soft fabric and the bottom is covered in a layer of plastic, making it a waterproof barrier between your child and the toilet seat.  I love the fact that each PottyCover is individually wrapped so you can toss as many as you want in your purse or diaper bag.

I used the PottyCover on our first ever excursion out of the house sans Pull-Ups.  Although I was super nervous to take our son out without his Pull-Ups and take him to a public washroom, PottyCover reassured my fears.  I actually used the PottyCover together with a portable potty seat since I was worried that my son would fall into the toilet {he's quite small still} and also to ensure that we had full protective coverage.  It worked and my son was pretty impressed with his PottyCover.
